No, unfortunately I don’t think they usually allow photography (since my photos from that trip did not include the interior of the library), so this was taken by someone else.
Though in all fairness, white balance doesn’t always have to be at its ideal level. The photographer could have been using that setting to give the whole photo a much older look (especially since you can easily edit that in raw format), which they definitely pulled off nicely.
Same with the horizon being off – you can tell by looking at the foreground that the photographer isn’t at the direct center of the crosswalk, so that may have been a hastily-taken photograph or simply that it wasn’t the intention.
Without being able to ask them directly, I’m afraid it’s all speculation. =P
